CometConcierge uses natural, human-sounding voice technology and is built to handle calls smoothly and professionally. When a call needs a person, it routes to your team. The goal is simple: every caller gets a fast, helpful response instead of voicemail.

The system recognizes when a call should go to a human and routes it to your team based on rules we set up with you — so urgent or complex calls reach the right person, and routine ones are handled automatically.

Setup & Management

Almost none. Geckonaut is a fully managed service — our team builds your front desk, connects it to your tools, tests it, and launches it. You don't configure software or manage a dashboard.

Simple builds are typically live within a few days; more complex multi-location setups take a couple of weeks.

No. Monitoring, tuning, and fixing are all on us. If something isn't performing the way it should, that's our job to solve — not another task on your plate.

Each product starts at $597/mo, with usage on top and a one-time setup. The complete front desk — both products together — starts at $997/mo. Final pricing depends on the complexity of your build.
